Refund policy
You have the right to cancel an order with us if you do so before the product has been shipped.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in the exact same condition it was sold in. If there is evidence of fault in the product, a refund may not be granted, at the discretion of the seller.
To return the product, the buyer must package and return the product to the following address at the cost of the buyer:

The seller will inform the buyer when the product is received and provide a refund in full (excluding shipping costs) if it is deemed that the claim is in accordance with this returns policy.
